Persons with Impaired Hearing
At many of our events, hearing-impaired visitors can receive the spoken presentation directly to their hearing aid by induction loop, provided that their device supports this technology. They can also directly use the audio system (single-sided headphones, available from the box office). For many productions it is also possible to use this service for translations into other languages. The audio system was acquired with the kind support of our Friends’ Association.
Epilepsy Sufferers
People suffering from photosensitive epilepsy may find that (strobe) light and laser effects in the Sternensaal trigger epileptic fits or can cause impaired consciousness.
The artificial fog used in some of our events is not hazardous to health.
